1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Custom-made or clearance items are non-returnable.

2. Process:

  • Email us at support@tashiliving.com with your order number and images (if damaged/defective).

  • Once approved, our team will arrange for pickup.

3. Refunds:

  • After inspection, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After this, cancellations are not guaranteed.

5. Exchange:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. No exchanges for design change or preference.
